Who We Are
Here's a little about us and our journey. Growing up in farm kitchens inspired our passion for field , farm-to-table dining. With a degree in hospitality and experience in kitchens alongside talented chefs, I realized the world had become too processed, igniting my desire to bring back good wholesome dining. Real ingredients and fresh, flavorful dishes cooked to order. We cater to various allergies and dietary needs as we believe everyone deserves delicious food that goes beyond " I will just have a salad". Our weekly menus encouraged out-of-the-box thinking and being ahead of trends looking for new and exciting flavours and products. My travels and eagerness to learn new techniques the love for fusion was added to our mix. After building a vibrant restaurant for eight years, having incredible guests! COVID changed everything, with your continued support and encouragement, we’re excited to bring CPE to you in a different capacity. We come to you versus you coming to us. Looking forward to seeing all our regulars and meeting all our new guests.
